The 100 Hour YTTC is a short-term foundational yoga training designed for beginners and those who want to deepen their practice without committing to a full 200 Hour program. It covers basic asanas, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and anatomy.

The 100 Hour course itself is not a standalone Yoga Alliance certification. However, it counts as the first half of the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, which is Yoga Alliance certified. You can complete the remaining 100 Hours later to receive full RYT 200 certification.

Typically, the fee includes tuition, course materials, accommodation, vegetarian meals, excursions, and a certificate of completion. Be sure to check with us for the exact inclusions.
